Hello. Some people told me that the Pioneer DV-588 with Gufiak firmware could recognize the audio streams language in avi files. I want to know wich tag or comment I must to put in the avi, and how to put it.
I'm using VirtualDubMOD and tried adding a comment with the tag language, but it didn't work because I can't saw the comments in the generated avi...

This is not true. Firmware can recognize language of subtitle file, if you nam it f.e xxx_eng.srt for English, or xxx_pl.srt - for Polish.
