Hi all!!

Is there any firmware available to increase the font size for SRT and SUB files for the DV-393s?? I've been reading all over the net, but seems there is none for it. The few guys that tried to update the firmware, end up with a dead player.
If there is any, can you post the link here??

There is one. Look for in Download section. There is only polish version by now, but you can try it without risk. It's successfully tested.

Janus, you may find this FW with big fonts and English OSD also here. This fw should work with no problem.

Do you think that is possible to have in the future a firmware for the 393 that will allow us to choose font size an color??

Hi everyone!!

Unfortunately, my problem with DV-393 is worse than subtitle size...

About 80% of my Divx movies have different subtitle name than the movie file, so the player won't open it!!

Is there a firmware that solves this problem on dv-393

Not at this time unfortunately ...

You must just wait for new Gufiak's mod, as we're waiting for DV-380 mod also, but even approximate data of releasing newer mods is unknown

Im also waiting and waiting a new release of 393 firmware. Just changed my DV380 to DV393 last september and have been waiting ever since. Lack of functions is giving me gray hair, specially when i just got used to those 380's extra-functions. My bad, i made the change myself, i know. But I believe someday there will be a new firmware for 393. :roll:

There is no any. You can not choose OSD language. If you think about implementing this to your mod, you need also to change adresses. So, if you still have to change adresses, what is the difference? You do not need exact order.
