I'm sorry for posting new message.

I really want to know if Pan&scan option is working currently in your's FW for 393 (in Robert FW it's not working)

and if the option is not working, if there is a chance for FW updates that will fix Pan&scan option and maybe adding some new features...

- Pan&Scan mode enabled on all DVDs ?

Robert surely had the patch to enable this feature, but do not know, if he in fact implemented it. He did not say a word about it.

And I do not have 393 to try it, yet. If I do not have a player to test, would not try to implement this into his firmware.

did the pan&scan working as telebox is working too

. or the pan&scan disabled Telebox

in robert FW, pan&scan not working, he said that he heard that this function are not working properly and thats why he didn't add the function.

if the fubction working properly in your's FW (pan&scan enabled and telebox enabled), is it possible to add it to Robert FW

It is possible, to add the same patch as was added in my mod fw. I do not know about any problems with this patch.

The truth is there was some buggy pach before, but with new one no one complained, yet

But I do not have my 393 now, so will not release any mode before someone test it.
Please, give me some time. I'm realy very bussy now and probably will have any free time next weekend.

take all the time you need, I'll be delighted if you can add that feature (and test it) to Robert FW, Robert has left the forum for a while, since he flew (vacation) to India.

Succesfully tested Robert's mod fw with Pan&Scan for DVD patch is avalible here. Maybe in the evening I put it on some mirror server and release Polish version.
I did only this one patch into original Robert's firmware and it looks like, it is released "as it is". Tihomir replaced graphics for bit nicer

in current FW for 393 pan&scan enabled just for DVD movies.

is it possible to make FW update for 393 that will gie support for pan&scan on all types of movies (or maybe, you can teach Dinderi how to do it .... ;-)

)
